      That’s the first step–to realize that you can’t always rely on your feeling. One good way to deal with this is to use the aid of mirrors. In most dance studios, fitness studios and gyms there are full length mirrors. A lot of us avoid looking at ourselves in mirrors. Learn to look and see what you are doing. When I work with musicians and singers I always recommend that they get a full length mirror for their practice room.
